Firman Siddik

A child of migrant workers and former beneficiary from one of ADBMI’s assisted villages, Firman joined ADBMI three years ago after completing ADBMI’s community leadership and advocacy regeneration program. He previously participated in the village-based social advocacy structure and became a local village champion through the LSD (Local Social Defender) initiative established by ADBMI in Anjani Village, where he was actively involved for five years. Firman now coordinates community campaigns, youth engagement, grassroots learning, and advocacy initiatives focused on migrant families and vulnerable children
